Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Somras Labs, we strive to provide the best possible media enhancement AI services. Since our platform uses real-time GPU computing resources, we define a clear refund policy that balances fairness to our customers with the costs we incur.

1. Task-Based Charges

Once a task has been submitted and processing begins, refunds are not possible. This is because GPU compute resources are consumed immediately and these costs cannot be recovered.

2. Unused Purchases

If you have purchased credits or a subscription but have not used them to run any tasks, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

AI credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits will automatically expire at the end of this period. Expired credits are non-refundable and no compensation will be provided.

3. Failed or Interrupted Tasks

If a task fails due to an error on our side (such as a system issue, infrastructure failure, or GPU crash), we will review the case and issue a partial or full refund of credits at our discretion. This approach allows us to maintain low-cost pricing, as real-time GPU resources incur costs even in the event of failed tasks. Excessive care is taken to prevent such events as it also leads to a poor experience.

4. Incorrect Usage

Refunds will not be issued for tasks that fail due to unsupported file formats, incorrect inputs, misuse of the platform, or dissatisfaction with subjective results (for example, preferring a different visual outcome). In case your account is terminated due to voilation of our terms of use, no refund will be issued.

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancel accounts in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or other misuse of the system.
