3. AI Credits

• AI credits are required to use our services
• Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• The actual AI credits deducted may vary from the estimated credits shown prior to submiting tasks. This is because real time processing costs are dynamic and can only be determined after the processing has finished.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and modify your content as necessary to provide our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

Our services must only be used for their intended purpose, as described in our website and documentation. You agree not to misuse the services in any way, including but not limited to:

• Using the service for unlawful activities or illegal purposes.
• To process content that infringes on others' rights or cause anyone any harm.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
